OTTAWA, Oct 15, 2020 – SaaSCan, an organization dedicated to empowering customer-centric and metrics-savvy Canadian SaaS companies, is delighted to welcome Nicholas Noel to the SaaSCan for Startups Advisory Board.
The SaaSCan for Startups Advisory Board is comprised of Canadian SaaS leaders from coast-to-coast including founders, C-suite executives, incubators, accelerators, and investors. Its role is to advise SaaSCan on how best to educate and empower Canadian SaaS startups on topics related to SaaS metrics and benchmarks.
As Chief Customer Officer at PointClickCare, the Canadian headquartered SaaS company behind the leading cloud-based Integrated Care Coordination software platform for the senior care market, Nick oversees a team responsible for customer success, implementation services, customer support and education services. The primary goal for Nick and his team is to ensure PointClickCare customers receive the full value of the product at all times.
SaaSCan for Startups will benefit from Nick’s enterprise scale SaaS experience on both sides of the Canada-US border given his current role at PointClickCare, as well as prior roles as SVP of North American Services for NetSuite, and positions at Capgemini, IBM Global Services and Manulife Financial.
